A cofounder of the Hotline Help Center, his work in crisis-intervention was ground-breaking. For many years, Ron addressed high schools, colleges and service organizations across the country, on subjects ranging from substance abuse to teen suicide prevention and education.
As a pastor he approached pre-marital and family counseling with an uncanny ability to identify root difficulties and further, to guide couples or individuals to a place of effective resolution.
Over a decade ago, Ron and Debi -his wife of over twenty years- relocated to Maui after serving as pastor of Diamond Bar Christian Fellowhsip in Diamond Bar, California.
